Crispy chickpeas 7 minute airfried protein
Ingredients
- 1 tin chickpeas drained
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil
- Seasoning: 1 tsp of salt, pepper, smoked paprika , garlic powder, oregano, cumin powder and coriander powder. Optional chilli powder
Steps To Prepare
- Drain and dry your chickpeas, give them a quick rub in tea towel to remove any layers.
- Add oil and seasoning and mix well.
- Airfry for 7 minutes on 170c or oven bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on 180c. Shake in between.
- Add to salads, wraps, or on toast. Or great as a snack, once cooled add to a clean glass container and keep refrigerated for 3-4 days.
