Ingredients
- -50g Cornflakes
- Secret Herbs & Spices: Black Pepper, White Pepper, Salt, Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Celery Salt, Paprika, Mustard Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder
- 475g Raw Chicken Breast
- 2 Beaten/Whisked Eggs
- KFC Pepper Mayo: 50g Light or Fat Free Mayo, Squeeze Of Lemon Juice & Ground Black Pepper
- Lettuce
- Mini Flatbreads: (or you can use store bought flatbreads / mini tortillas)
- 120g All Purpose Flour (Brand: Vetta Smart Plain Protein Flour)
- 1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
- 100g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
- Salt
Steps To Prepare
- Crush cornflakes into small pieces
- Add a dash of what you have available from Secret Herbs and Spices
- Cut chicken breast into 5 pieces - 95g each
- Dip chicken in Whisked Egg and coat in cornflakes
- Spray light cooking oil spray
- Air Fry at 190 C for 16-18 min OR Bake at 200 C for 20- 25 min
- For Mayo,mix together light mayo,lemon juice and pepper
- For Flatbreads
- Mix flour,baking powder,yogurt and salt together
- Knead it to form a dough and roll it out on flat surface
- Cut out five mini flatbreads
- Cook each side on medium heat for 2-3 min
- Assemble each slider and enjoy
